Friends in Paradise Terms & Conditions
- The Friends in Paradise program is available to participants on a one-time use basis only. Participants who attempt to use the Friends in Paradise program more than once will be charged the published Hotel Operator’s rate for their stay.
- The Friends in Paradise program does not apply to pre-existing reservations or Friends staying at an Exotic Resort that were not registered prior to their arrival. Contact your Friends in Paradise representative to see if an existing reservation can be modified to qualify for the program.
- Participants must be gainfully employed, married, or living together and over 30 years of age.
- Participants may reserve up to a maximum of seven (7) nights. Additional nights are available at the Hotel Operator’s published rates. Participants will be required to register with a major credit card for all incidentals purchased during their stay.
- Participants must provide $299 USD for Members’ Benefits Package at the time of booking. Participants will be charged for their stay, at the 50% discounted rate, upon arrival.
- All corresponding incentives are not retroactive for vacations enjoyed by friends at an Exotic Resort prior to the initiation of the Friends in Paradise program.
- All participants must attend a 2-hour Exotic Travel Club sales presentation during their stay on the assigned date at the time provided by the Exotic representative. Upon check-in participants will be required to sign a waiver, agreeing to pay the hotel’s published rate for their stay if they fail to attend the Exotic sales presentation at the specified
time on the designated date.
Participants must cover the cost of their own stay. The cost of the vacation may not be absorbed by a third party.
It is not recommended that participants schedule any other presentations or activities prior to arriving at the hotel, as they will be informed of the time and date of their Exotic Travel Club presentation upon arrival.
